A certificate of
energy efficiency from 1 January 2007 is obligatory for accepting newly built
or renovated constructions as fit for use.
Starting from 1 January 2009 a certificate of energy
efficiency will be obligatory when selling or renting buildings or premises (as
well as residential premises, for instance, apartments).
